Shipping

Orders are usually shipped within 3–5 business days. As the majority of our thobes are delivered from abroad, some models may have a delivery time of up to 15 days.

For shipping, we rely on external service providers. Therefore, in individual cases delays may occur for which we cannot assume responsibility. However, we always strive to communicate as transparently as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

We do not accept liability for damages, theft, or lost packages.

Please note: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in your country must be borne by the recipient.

Returns

Due to the special nature of our items, all sales are final. Returns and Exchange are therefore not possible.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will do our best to find a suitable solution together.

The cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer.
